1. General Use

This website and its content are operated by Dawn Beyer Music. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Content & Intellectual Property

All music, lyrics, videos, livestreams, blog posts, merchandise designs, and related content on this site are the intellectual property of Dawn Beyer and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

3. Backstage Memberships

By subscribing to Backstage, you agree to a recurring billing plan unless otherwise stated. Membership includes exclusive livestreams, early access to content, songwriting sessions, and more. Content shared within Backstage is for personal use only and may not be recorded, shared, or reposted without written consent.

4. Concert & Event Access (DB Ultimate Pass)

The DB Ultimate Pass includes access for you and a plus-one to all eligible Dawn Beyer shows and events for three years from the date of purchase. Access applies to official Dawn Beyer-hosted events only and does not include third-party festivals or non-affiliated performances. Travel and accommodations are not included.

5. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled by Dawn Beyer. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will only be issued if an event is canceled with no rescheduled date.

6. Merchandise & Physical Products

All merchandise sales are final unless damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

7. Digital Downloads & Virtual Tips

Digital albums, tip jar contributions, and livestream donations are non-refundable. Tip jar payments are considered voluntary and are not tied to specific products or services.

8. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or misuse the platform or its community, including harassing other members, sharing copyrighted material, or distributing harmful content.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Backstage)

Backstage subscribers can cancel anytime to prevent future charges but will not receive refunds for previous billing periods. Most purchases (event passes, memberships, merch) are non-refundable.

10. Third-Party Services

Our site may link to third-party platforms (Stripe for payments, ShipStation for shipping, etc.). We are not responsible for the terms or policies of those platforms and encourage you to read their terms separately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
